Help To Buy (Scotland) is a legal agreement whereby Scottish Ministers will provide 15% equity towards the purchase of a new build home up to a price threshold of £200,000.
The home must be your main residence and is not available for Buy-To-Let property. Buyers must be able to afford at least 5% mortgage deposit plus repayment of 80% mortgage and the Government will contribute the remaining 15%.
If you wish to take advantage of Help To Buy we will be pleased to arrange your application in association with our associated financial advisor.
In the meantime, we will hold your chosen plot as an EarlyBird. There is a small administration charge of £150.00 for our EarlyBird booking service but this will be deducted from your official reservation fee. Early Bird bookings are simply a private agreement between buyers and Deveron Homes, so there is no requirement to involve legal agents at this stage.
When your finance check is concluded, we will complete the Help To Buy application on your behalf. We will then submit your application and when approval is received, usually within 5 days, you can then proceed to full reservation and complete your missives.

Assisted Move / Part-Exchange Available at Lansdale Rise, Burntisland

Part-Exchange:* Providing our both parties have agreed a Part-Exchange value for your existing home, you may proceed to reserve your plot. Your Move will help you market your home and if you haven’t found a buyer by the time your new home is ready, then we will accept your property at the agreed valuation in Part-Exchange for your new Deveron Home.
